This study explores the challenge of veteran underemployment and efforts to deal with it. The study begins by discussing the population of post-9/11 veterans and the magnitude of the challenge of veteran underemployment. It goes on to examine the value of mentorship programs in meeting the needs of veterans. It concludes by evaluating the effectiveness of the mentorship approach in meeting these challenges.
